SEATTLE, April 1, 2013 – Boeing [NYSE: BA] announced today that Wideroe’s Flyveselskap A/S
has agreed to buy four Boeing 787-8 Dreamliners.
The airline plans to expand its capacity to meet
the requirement of a major charter contract with one of Europe’s leading tour
operators.
The agreement requires approval by Wideroe’s Board
of Directors. Boeing looks forward to working
with Wideroe, a new entrant in the long-haul
market, to obtain this approval. Once approved, the order
will be posted to Boeing's Orders & Deliveries website.

the 787 Dreamliner to its expanding fleet” said
Todd Nelp, vice president of European Sales, Boeing
Commercial Airplanes.
Wideroe’s Flyveselskap A/S, headquartered in Bodo, Norway, currently operates a mixed fleet of 39
Bombardier Dash-8 turboprop aircraft and is a part of the SAS Group.
